CHARITIES WE SUPPORT

Here at St Margaret’s, we believe that generosity is at the heart of the Christian life. From the example of the Early Church in the book of Acts, we see a community shaped by love that reaches beyond itself. By supporting other charities financially, we’re able to play our part in responding to poverty, injustice, and need, partnering with organisations whose experience and reach enable real, lasting impact.

We also believe that giving changes us. 2 Corinthians reminds us, generosity is part of our discipleship, helping us to trust God more deeply and to live for others rather than ourselves. It keeps us outward looking, strengthens our connection with the wider church, and offers a practical, visible expression of God’s love in the world.

Below are some of the charities that we support, please see the amazing work they do.
